Download the current Windows package, extract it, install with administrator permissions, and sign in using the purchase email and license verification flow.
Use the Customer Account page for your subscription, license information, installer access, registered computers, and account session.
For failed installs or updates, close running Obli applications, run the installer/updater as administrator, and verify Windows security did not block the package.
Confirm the correct game profile, SteamCMD/App ID, executable, ports, map, configuration paths, and launch arguments before starting a server.
Check Windows Firewall, router/NAT rules, the selected server IP, game/query/RCON ports, and whether another server is already using the same port.
Verify the game supports the selected mod source, IDs are valid, the server has internet access, and the mod is compatible with the current server build.
Use configuration snapshots and backups before major changes. If a configuration breaks, compare changes or restore a known-good snapshot.
Review CPU, memory, storage, temperatures, server process state, update status, and diagnostic output before reporting performance or startup problems.
For remote-access issues, confirm both devices are licensed, Obli Remote is running, the network is available, and direct or relay connectivity can be established.
Each licensed customer has separate device pools for Server Manager and Obli Remote.
Register Obli Server Manager on up to two computers for the license.
Register Obli Remote on up to four computers for the same license. These slots are separate from Server Manager slots.
If you replace or reinstall a computer and run out of available slots, contact support with your purchase email and the device name that should be removed.
Restart Windows, confirm the application is installed correctly, run it with the required permissions, and check whether Windows Security or another security product quarantined a component. Include the exact error message when contacting support.
Confirm the game/query ports, firewall rules, public/private IP selection, router port forwarding when required, and game-specific visibility settings. Some server browsers also take time to refresh.
The Server Manager allowance is two computers per license. Remove an old registration before adding another computer, or contact support if an inaccessible machine still occupies a slot.
No. Obli Remote has its own four-computer allowance, separate from the two Server Manager computers.
Create a backup or configuration snapshot first. That gives you a known-good state to compare against or restore if the server stops launching.
Check whether the game server and mods are on compatible versions, refresh the installed mod information, and review the server log for the first mod-related error.
Confirm Obli Remote is active on both computers, both registrations are valid, the machines have network access, and local firewall/security software is not blocking the connection.
